It does not cover what IndigoPress collects on your own hosting once you install it — that runs on your server, writes to your database, and is governed by the privacy policy you publish for your own readers.

When you visit the public site

3. What we do not collect

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
  • We do not have access to the content you publish on your own IndigoPress installation.

4. Who we share data with

To operate this website, we use a European hosting provider and a European email-sending service. We share with each the data necessary for them to do their job, and we do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland except where the recipient has implemented appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or equivalent).

5. How long we keep data

We keep your personal data as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and then delete it, except where law requires us to keep it longer.
